I was commissioned by Sunco Pools Inc. to develop a high-fidelity visual environment for the Caesar’s Palace Beach fiberglass pool model.
Recognizing the shift toward experience-driven real estate, I transitioned this project from a standard product showcase into a Strategic Hospitality Prototype.
The goal was to provide Sunco’s developer clients with a visual proof-of-concept
that demonstrates how this specific fiberglass model integrates into a high-yield, luxury short-term rental (STR) environment,
effectively accelerating the sales cycle for both the dealer and the end-investor.
Strategic Overview
The primary challenge for luxury STR investors is the Market-Entry Timing Gap.
For a high-capital flagship property, the period between site acquisition and physical completion represents a significant phase of capital stagnation.
